Truly stands out from other gyms in the area! Very modern, super clean and extremely welcoming. The staff is very knowledgable and passionate. Daniel was looking after my partner and I during our first visit today, and he is such a star!
We definitely felt comfortable and as a woman I also feel safe training there just in peace. The gym has some unique features such as individual gender-neutral bathrooms (with a shower and an awesome mirror!) and an infrared sauna which looks awesome and I can’t wait to try. I am glad to see that some upcoming classes are also available in the early morning to get me moving before heading to work! :)

Have been going here since February and I’ve always felt like a safe space for women to train in – shout out to Verity & Eamonn who’s been here since the start and keeping the positive & safe vibes even with the change in management! The gym’s also got an excellent infrared sauna that you can hook up your Bluetooth to so you can listen to your music/podcasts or even watch YouTube… whatever you need to zone out to! The infrared sauna also has different programs you can select – personally I’m a fan of the injury/healing one as I sometimes have sprains or general doms from my sport!
