Great gym, good facilities and better atmosphere than other gyms in the area. Regularly work with a PT called Vagner who’s extremely good and helped changed my physique as well as mental well being for the better since the gym opened late last year. Highly recommend.

Amazing gym. The space is very clean and very calm. The staff members there are really nice and polite and are always ready to help. When I first started going to the gym I found it very difficult to workout and felt like giving up but with the help of my PT Francisco I feel more motivated and I have noticed a difference within myself. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is thinking about joining this gym.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym itself has some great equipment, it is always spotless and tidy. Other members are friendly and you get a community sense and feel when working out, unlike gyms in the area, this gym does not make you feel like you do not belong there because you do not look a certain way.
The juice bar is an added bonus and no gyms in the area provide this, I love the fresh juice available every time i walk through the front door, the credits given are great too.🤗
